Heavy on synths, thrills and musical twists and turns, André Hommen’s latest scheme is ready for launch. To get a taste of what’s coming we have the premiere of one of the key tracks from Hommen’s upcoming Battery Park EP on Objektivity, called “Secret Sphere”. Tune in and enjoy.
André Hommen’s has steadily continued to build traction within house music at it’s center. Being part of the administrative and creative team behind Dennis Ferrer’s New York City based Objektivity imprint, Hommen had the opportunity to develop projects by artists including Ferrer, Argy and The Martinez Brothers. In collaboration with the producer Gorge of the 8bit label from Mannheim, André Hommen’s first release for Objektivity was created.
In 2014 he released “The Bottom Line EP” on Objektivity, regularly played by Ame, Solomun, Maceo Plex, Dennis Ferrer and countless others. Following up, his remix to Ane Brun’s “To Let Myself Go” was received with equal acclaim by artists and the public. Of course there’s also his excellent remix of Aidan Lavelle & Robbie Akbal’s “Stars”, one of our favourite premieres in recent times, where he turned the original into an even more captivating composition. Check out the above link to check that one out.
His upcoming Battery Park EP is sure to send more shock waves into the scene that André Hommen is here for the long run.
Battery Park will be released on March 5 on Objektivity
