Last week we brought you the news that famed London nightclub fabric would temporarily shut its doors over the weekend as the venue, city council, and local authorities investigated the drug related deaths of two 18 year old males.

Now, fresh out of the weekend, the news comes that fabric will in fact close indefinitely as the Islington Council investigates further. As of press time, the club has had its license suspended indefinitely, and the priority of Islington Council’s investigation is whether or not it should be reinstated. You may recall that the council has frequently taken issue with fabric, actually having previously threatened patrons with the possibility of drug sniffing dogs upon entrance.

After 28 days the case of Fabric’s license will be reviewed with no current promises on how that will turn out. Watch this space for more.
