Producing under his techno moniker ‘NEUMANN’, Tobi Neumann delivers his first What Came First release – a four track EP – available in vinyl and digital format – titled ‘Coaster’ which also includes a remix by EGG LDN resident Kyle E. Here, finishing off the package, the remix of ‘Coaster’ from the burgeoning producer and selector puts his own uplifting stamp on NEUMANN’s venture into murky techno. Premiere: The Advent - Valiant Keys (Egbert Remix)

The Advent has been releasing music for over two decades on genre defining labels like Tresor and Drumcode. Now, celebrating its twelfth release, Egg LDN‘s What Came First imprint brings a special birthday EP from The Advent with The Netherlands’ own Egbert on remix duties. Here, Egbert’s remix of “Valiant Keys,” leads forward by a thumping kick drum. Allowing the original’s vocal to be the main focus, Egbert adds his own sinister lead synth and uplifting pads that combine to make an eerie atmosphere full of gripping anticipation. “Valiant” is available 27 January on What Came First

Premiere: Metodi Hristov - Wild East (Kyle E Basement Remix)

Kyle E, a DJ whose distinctively deep and melodic sound has earned him legendary status amongst the clubs weekly attendants. We previously hosted Kyle E and his original track – ‘Metis’ as an exclusive premiere. This time, Kyle E returns, only in remix capacity, where he takes on Metodi Hristov‘s ‘Wild East’. Hristov is a Bulgarian producer who has released on the likes of Octopus, Terminal M, Noir Music, Snatch!
