Het Oerwoudt’s goal is to plant 20,000 trees in the jungles of Sumatra and Borneo and they need your help.
On 11 March, Het Oerwoudt will continue their fundraising efforts after the 2015 wildfires that ripped through the jungle, the worst worldwide, with a diverse events of DJs, art, and awareness. Music will come from Cleavage, Arjuna Schiks, Bram Fidder, Eric de Man and Geus Beats & Kidmalone, with sets against an immersive blacklight filled jungle environment, 3D art, and more.
The event is organized by De Zware Jongens and Crossovers alongside Stichting Monkey Business, who have been working for twelve years, through special events, initiatives to preserve the rainforest in Borneo and Sumatra and the endangered orangutans.
Tickets are €15 with all proceeds will go toward the planting of new trees in the jungles of Sumatra and Borneo.
