Composer John Carpenter To Live Perform For The First Time

John Carpenter, the iconic director and soundtrack composer of movies like Halloween, Escape from New York and cult classic They Live, is going to be performing his oeuvre live for the first time in his life. He will do so at the 2016 All Tomorrow’s Parties Festival in Iceland. Next to his soundtracks, Carpenter will also be performing songs from his debut album ‘Lost Themes’.  Carpenter (67) will be performing together with his son Cody Carpenter and godson Daniel Davies, as well as a full live band and a “spectacular stage production”. ‘Lost Themes’ was received with mixed reviews.
