Maceo Plex Launches Sub Label, Ellum Black With Second Mutant Series Installment

Maceo Plex is set to drop the second chapter of his Mutant Series, the first of which’s ‘Mutant DX’ was premiered by us recently. The new set of EPs is again characterised by the “techno mutation” concept, each of which come out via friend’s labels, as well as Maceo’s own during the course of 2018. “Mutant 2” will kick off Ellum Black, a new branch of Ellum focusing on the darker, more intellectual sound of the Techno spectrum. The Electronic Music Society (EMS). This is to be the name of the grand plan of the people behind Groningen’s Club Paradigm. In short, the EMS will become an elaborate creative settlement revolving around pretty much every aspect that dance music entails.
