The festival takes place in Parco Dura in Turin, Italy, the European Motor City that has a nice industrial feel, perfectly harking back to the roots of techno. Kappa Futur Announces Huge, Industrial New Stage For 2018

With 2018’s Kappa Futur just a few weeks away, its brand new stage is set to become an iconic new addition to the festival. Known as the Futur Stage, the new site was recently tested by the one and only Derrick May, who live-streamed a one-hour set from this previously unused part of the Parco Dora. The third and final wave of names for 2018’s Kappa FuturFestival adds DJ Tennis, Body & Soul (Francois K, Joe Claussell, Danny Krivit), Eats Everything, Eric Prydz, Patrick Topping, Richy Ahmed, Sam Paganini, The Martinez Brothers, Adriatique, Fatboy Slim, Jackmaster, Peggy Gou, Ralf, Robert Hood, Seth Troxler, and Stacey Pullen. Kappa FuturFestival Adds Amelie Lens, Larry Heard, Rødhåd & More For 2018

Taking place from 7 – 8 July, the second wave of headlining acts for 2018’s Kappa FuturFestival have now been revealed. Following the already announced Adam Beyer, Joseph Capriati, Solomun, Derrick May, Ilario Alicante, Luciano and Marco Carola, now Amelie Lens, Apparat, Kolsch, Hot Since 82, KiNK, Larry Heard, Paco Osuna, Pan-Pot, Rødhåd and Motor City Drum Ensemble have all been added…with the festival also revealing its expansion with an extra stage. Kappa FuturFestival Announces Derrick May, Marco Carola & Solomun Amongst First Phase Acts

Back and bigger than ever, Kappa FuturFestival returns to Torino across two days, 7 – 8 July 2018. In the first wave lineup announcement, Kappa Futur’s Saturday sees Adam Beyer and fellow heavyweights Joseph Capriati and Solomun. Sunday, meanwhile, finds Detroit pioneer Derrick May, Cocoon’s Ilario Alicante, minimal master Luciano and Music On man Marco Carola all joining in the expanded event. Kappa FuturFestival returns to Torino, Italy with its sixth edition over 8-9 July weekend. Report: Movement Torino 2016

Movement is one of the hottest dates on the calendar for techno lovers in Europe. That date is October 31st and is the culmination of a week of events that boil over with one massive festival in the the vast Lingotto Fiere exhibition and conference complex. Movement Festival Brings Week Long Festivities To Torino

Ever since 2006 when Movement Festival was started as a European answer to the American Detroit Electronic Music Festival, it has continued to grow. Movement Torino Celebrates A Decade Of Dance

15 December 2006 saw the official debut of Movement Torino, celebrating the Winter Olympics attended by 2,500 people. In 2007 Movement expanded its artistic avenues and binds to Halloween Night, which involved 6,000 young people in attendance. The next year saw Movement increase its cultural program by starting a successful collaboration with the city’s prestigious Turin Polytechnic.
