Party Report: Hideout Festival 2017

Upon touching down at Croatia’s Split Airport for 2017’s, seventh edition of, Hideout Festival, I truly didn’t know what to expect from it, the location or the crowd. I can admit here that, contrary to (I’m sure) many out there, I’m not necessarily a person drawn to the tropics, an over amount of sunshine, or beach culture in general. In fact, my previous week’s Iceland excursion was, at first, much more up my alley with its constant overcast, rain, and sub 10 degree temperatures. So, going from cold Reykjavik pretty much immediately to the sunny shores of the Adriatic seemed ... Read more

Interview: Waze & Odyssey

Having the ability to channel the past into the present day while remaining contemporary and relevant is no mean feat. All the while they continue to press on with their unerring campaign to keep making house music of the ... Read more

Stefan Biniak is a Berlin resident. A rather modest and quiet contemporary who for a few years now has preferred to let the music do the talking. Biniak is known for his fusion of various contemporary styles and influences, mixing up deeper elements of house, with more techy twists and turns, pairs it with languorous vocals and melodic areas and this way transports emotion in the ...
