We’re slowly looking towards that infamous Dutch celebration of the monarchy known as Kingsday, when the entire country is put on halt so that every citizen can go completely mental for a day and remember very little on the next. Of course, Amsterdam will be at the epicentre of Kingsday celebrations, with hundreds of thousands of people expected to visit the capital. Luckily, there are many alternatives to escape the overcrowded, drunken wilderness, with many underground-minded events located safely in the periphery of the city. That’s why we’ve lined up the best Kingsnight and -day events to visit on the 26th/27th of April.
