We pretty much don’t know anything about CamelPhat – not where they came from, what records they first bought, names, ages…nothing!
What we do know is…they are a duo…and they don’t leave the house without masks…and they rarely do interviews. Since their first release in 2010, though, they have counted the likes of Adam Beyer, Carl Cox, Danny Howard, Gorgon City, Groove Armada, Huxley, MK, Pete Tong, Riva Starr, Sasha and Tiga as supporters, frequently tinging their sets with the mysterious duo’s emotion-rich, sub-soaked, silky-synth sounds.
Now, after traveling the world over, they will descend onto Croatia’s Zrce Beach for Hideout Festival 2017. Here, anticipating that event, CamelPhat drops a smooth mix…listen closely, maybe you’ll gather some clues on their identity.
