We can’t believe that August is almost over and with only a handful of weeks left in the season, we thought it was high time to check back in and see what tracks are blowing up the white isle right now.

As we did in June, we took to Shazam to see what was the most searched for tracks on Dance Ibiza and, to our welcome surprise, the underground is well represented. Coming at at the top spot is the unquestioned deep house anthem of the summer ‘Acamar’ from Innervisions’ Frankey & Sandrino. For anyone who has been following us, you can reinforce how we’ve been hammering this track out for some time. In fact, we even got Sandrino on board to provide us a stellar mixtape a few weeks ago and it did not disappoint.

Elsewhere on the list you will find tracks and remixes from the likes of Claptone, &ME, and Format:B, as well as another favourite of ours (and a track we exclusively premiered), ‘Sorry I’m Late’ by Diynamic‘s Kollektiv Turmstrasse.

All in all the list seems like a decent balance between the usual poppy fair and its underground alternatives.  Take a peak and, if you’ve been on the island this summer, tell us what some of your favourite underground tracks were.
