Also in the deal is the<strong> Es Penyal<\/strong> area.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"seealso\">See also: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.deephouseamsterdam.com\/ibiza\/multiple-kilometers-of-prime-ibiza-beachfront-now-luxury-developments\/\">Multiple Kilometers Of Prime Ibiza Beachfront Now Luxury Developments<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Needless to say, the prospects of some of Ibiza&#8217;s most beautiful locations being transformed into luxury developments did not sit well with locals and island fans alike. \u00a0The organisation, <strong>Movement New Earth<\/strong> has began a petition that, <em>&#8220;Ibiza says no to the Reuben brothers for the &#8216;redevelopment&#8217; of Cala Conta,Cala Bassa and Es Penyal natural sites&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>According to the organisations Change.org <a href=\"https:\/\/www.change.org\/p\/simon-reuben-ibiza-says-no-to-the-reuben-brothers-for-the-redeveloppement-of-cala-conta-cala-bassa-and-es-penyal-natural-sites?recruiter=311339661&amp;utm_source=share_petition&amp;utm_medium=copylink\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">petition page<\/a>, &#8220;<em>Ibiza&#8217;s natural sites are under threat as they are being bought with one and only intention:make money and more money&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>So far the petition has gained over 3,000 signatures.
