Since landing a residency at Glamorous back in 2013, Ellie Cocks technique behind the decks has grown from strength to strength.
This summer, the young female DJ has successfully fallen into the Facebook news feeds of thousands, with many tuning into live video streams of her sets both here in the UK and in Ibiza. The front lady of Abode has a noticeably positive and friendly attitude that has gained her recognition from fans that express their loyalty, by attending Abode’s famous Sunday day parties at Studio 338.
2016 in particular has been a very successful year for Ellie, finding herself placed on the bill for the What Hannah Wants party recently released on the Warehouse Project’s Autumn line up in Manchester, and her continuously blossoming career on the White Isle. Last month we seen her career at its peak as Ellie was invited to play alongside Hannah Wants at one of her favourite clubs – Amnesia, for the popular Together parties.
This year has also seen Ellie make her mark on the production side of life, where she’s teamed up with the founder of Resonance Records Max Chapman, with a string of lively house tracks including ‘Taking Over’, which fellow Abode residents George Harrison and Will Taylor have fully supported on remix duties.
With a strong command and hold over those on the dance floor, Ellie has put together a summer mix, a collection of some of her favourite tracks for her fans to indulge in.
