Opening their 2024 account, Avratz drops a monster with remix support from Yost Koen.
Building a head of steam over the last few years, Avratz is starting to really make waves as a producer, adding
to his solid reputation as a DJ. Since dropping his debut on Mystry Train and featuring in Ibiza magazine, he has
quietly amassed a serious back catalogue on solid labels such as Asymmetric, Hexagonal and Beat Boutique.
In original form, ‘Planet Earth’ is heavenly. Groovy bass, and ethnic asides marry perfectly for a worldy vibe that
mutates throughout, keeping the floor energised throughout. Spanish guitar, Bollywood vibes and a powerful
low end make this an indespensable secret weapon for months to come.
What more could you possibly need!? On remix duties, straight after his release on Diynamic that caused a real fuss, , and keeping up the energy
levels, Yost Koen opts for a deeper, dubbier approach, teasing the main motifs for a more dancefloor focused
reworking.
