{"id":20140,"date":"2015-06-22T16:29:31","date_gmt":"2015-06-22T14:29:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.deephouseamsterdam.com\/?p=20140"},"modified":"2015-06-22T16:29:31","modified_gmt":"2015-06-22T14:29:31","slug":"the-london-night-tube-schedule-has-been-revealed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deephouseamsterdam.com\/london\/the-london-night-tube-schedule-has-been-revealed\/","title":{"rendered":"The London Night Tube Schedule Has Been Revealed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Sections of the Central, Jubilee, Northern, Piccadilly and Victoria lines\u00a0are set to begin on 12 September for all night weekend service.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Specific information is as follows:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"story-body__unordered-list\">\n<li class=\"story-body__list-item\"><strong>Central line: <\/strong>Trains will run between Ealing Broadway, Hainault and Loughton, but will not extend to the West Ruislip branch<\/li>\n<li class=\"story-body__list-item\"><strong>Jubilee line: <\/strong>Trains will run on the entire line<\/li>\n<li class=\"story-body__list-item\"><strong>Northern line:<\/strong> Trains will run on the entire line except on the Mill Hill East and Bank branches<\/li>\n<li class=\"story-body__list-item\"><strong>Piccadilly line: <\/strong>Trains will run between Cockfosters and Heathrow Terminal Five<\/li>\n<li class=\"story-body__list-item\"><strong>Victoria line: <\/strong>Trains will run on the entire line<\/li>\n<li class=\"story-body__list-item\"><strong>Night Tube trains<\/strong> are scheduled to run every 10 minutes except on the Northern Line, where they are scheduled to run at seven-and-a-half minute intervals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>London Underground<\/strong>&#8216;s <strong>Gareth Powell<\/strong>\u00a0said: <em>&#8220;As well as making life easier for people, the night Tube will also boost London&#8217;s night-time economy &#8211; supporting thousands of jobs and stimulating hundreds of millions of pounds in economic growth&#8221;.<\/em>\u00a0Aslef has already announced its members will strike for 24 hours on 8 July from 21:30 BST over pay and conditions for the service.<\/p>\n<p>However, not everyone is pleased with the new schedule, with <strong>Aslef<\/strong> District Organiser <strong>Finn Brennen<\/strong> saying, <em>&#8220;It&#8217;s easy enough to produce a map, but if London Underground management want to have an all-night service in September, then they need to sit down and negotiate a fair deal for the staff they expect to provide it.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Regardless of what side of the debate you are on, it is without a doubt that the new 24 hour service will be a welcome addition to many clubbers nightly travel planning.
