Else Born &#8211; Colours (Petar Dundov Remix)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Horixon are Andrew Armstrong and Joe Sambrook. They have known each other for years, but only decided last year to start doing music together \u201cjust for fun\u201d, without any real expectation, and not knowing what the results were going to sound like. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mixing together their experiences has brought out a fresh sounding club-vocal project, with strong songs, and interesting production, referencing 90&#8217;s R&amp;B, classic house, a touch of garage, wrapped in beautiful atmospherics.<\/p>\n<p>Croatian-born <strong>Petar Dundov<\/strong> was orn in Zagreb in the early \u201870s, his career in dance music stretches back the best part of 20 years, but it\u2019s only in the new millennium that he\u2019s been using his own name for his productions. Over the years he\u2019s graced many of the world\u2019s most prestigious and best-loved techno institutions \u2013 including mega-festivals <em>I Love Techno, EXIT, Awakenings and Wire<\/em>, and cutting-edge clubs like <em>Berghain, Matter (RIP), Womb, Air, Fuse<\/em> and <em>Space<\/em>. He counts a longstanding relationship with Belgium\u2019s legendary <strong>Music Man<\/strong> label amongst his achievements, an imprint that has also played host to releases by everyone from <strong>Jeff Mills<\/strong> (for whose label Tomorrow he created the <em>Sculptures<\/em> mini-LP) to <strong>Green Velvet<\/strong> to <strong>Robert Hood<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Following on from the successful <em>\u2018Hold It Like I Own It\u2019<\/em> release, Horixon have created, <strong>&#8216;Colours,&#8217;<\/strong> another groove-heavy record, with luscious vocals running throughout. Sorrowful strings combined with warm synths create a stirring piece of electro pop.
