{"id":25027,"date":"2015-11-19T21:53:56","date_gmt":"2015-11-19T20:53:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.deephouseamsterdam.com\/london\/?p=25027"},"modified":"2015-11-19T21:53:56","modified_gmt":"2015-11-19T20:53:56","slug":"darius-syrossian-launches-his-own-label-do-not-sleep","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deephouseamsterdam.com\/london\/darius-syrossian-launches-his-own-label-do-not-sleep\/","title":{"rendered":"Darius Syrossian Launches His Own Label Do Not Sleep"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>After being a massive anthem this summer at the DO NOT SLEEP parties in Ibiza, the massive \u2018Hans Trippy\u2019 track by resident Darius Syrossian now gets a much warranted release as the first ever offering from the brand new label run by the same people as the edgy underground party. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Richy Ahmed<\/strong> first played the track at <em>Music On Amnesia<\/em> back in June after being given a copy by Darius and after a video appeared on Youtube of him playing it at <em>Hideout Festival<\/em> the same month. People have been demanding the release date for this ever since and now it is here with a  <strong>Cuartero<\/strong> remix that has been getting a lot of attention as well as a second hot rework by <strong>Nathan Barato<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/w.soundcloud.com\/player\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fsoundcloud.com%2Fdonotsleepibiza%2Fsets%2Fdarius-syrossian-hanns-trippy-do-not-sleep&amp;auto_play=false&amp;hide_related=false&amp;show_comments=true&amp;show_user=true&amp;show_reposts=false&amp;visual=true\" width=\"100%\" height=\"166\" frameborder=\"no\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The original is a slamming house cut with tough drums, funk in the bass and a great vocal riff that really sends crowds wild. Great production effects flesh out the groove and with its nagging bassline it really gets into your brain. Esteemed DJ and producer Darius has long been turing out killer jam on labels like Hot Creations and VIVa but this new one might be his best yet. <\/p>\n<p>Spaniard Cuartero\u2019s remix is even more meaty and macho, with tough wooden sounding drums, vocal stabs and alien synths that really make floors sweat, whilst Nathan Barato serves up a brilliantly loopy, infectious tech house rework. <\/p>\n<p>As well as launching a label, <strong>Do Not Sleep<\/strong> have huge parties lined-up with <strong>The Rainbow <\/strong>in Birmingham and <strong>Magna Carta<\/strong> in London at <strong>Fire<\/strong> on New Year\u2019s Day so continue to build on the success of their great Ibizan summer.
