{"id":38940,"date":"2016-12-06T13:11:18","date_gmt":"2016-12-06T12:11:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.deephouseamsterdam.com\/london\/?p=38940"},"modified":"2016-12-06T13:11:57","modified_gmt":"2016-12-06T12:11:57","slug":"rare-vinyl-leads-to-brutal-mugging","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deephouseamsterdam.com\/london\/rare-vinyl-leads-to-brutal-mugging\/","title":{"rendered":"Rare Vinyl Leads To Brutal London Mugging"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Found lying on the side of the road with a cracked skull in East London, police are figuring if a brutal attack was brought on by a rare Japanese vinyl&#8230;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hmm&#8230;the vinyl in question, <strong>&#8216;Awakening&#8217;<\/strong> by Japanese artist <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/avatar.wikia.com\/wiki\/Hiroshi_Sato\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hiroshi Sato<\/a><\/strong> featuring <strong>Wendy Matthews<\/strong> \u2013 valued at around \u00a3100, went missing along with the victims iPhone 6 (which, honestly, may have been the real target here). Due to a loss of memory from the concusiion, the victim <strong>Christopher Mapleston<\/strong> has not been able to cooperate with police who are still asking the public for assistance.<\/p>\n<p>The Detective Constable on the scene has stated: <\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;We cannot be certain whether Christopher\u2019s injury was the result of a fall or an attack. One line of enquiry is that he may have been the victim of a robbery as he was found without his iPhone 6.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHaving spoken to his friends we now know that Christopher was also in possession of a limited edition record which has yet to be located. I am appealing to anyone who may have found it or has been offered the item for sale to get in contact with us immediately.<\/p>\n<p>I would also like to speak to anyone who saw Christopher between the railway station and Arbuthnot Road.
