What\u2019s been going on with you lately?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Hi,\u00a0I\u00b4m\u00a0very we&#8217;ll thanks, right now touring in\u00a0latino\u00a0america.\u00a0My last 3 months has been full of\u00a0exciting projects, the\u00a0All Day I Dream\u00a0release,\u00a0recording a videoclip for my track Tonight, a new AV live\u00a0I\u00a0created for a little\u00a0festival in\u00a0ibiza, plus all the gigs. Funny times!<\/p>\n<p><b>What has your experience of the pandemic been? Did you manage to take\u00a0any positives away from it?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Very good,\u00a0i\u00a0produced lots of new music and\u00a0i\u00a0learned so much about new\u00a0studio skills. I was doing sport\u00a0everyday\u00a0and\u00a0i\u00a0spent more time\u00a0with \u00a0my\u00a0family,\u00a0for me is the definition of a blessing.<\/p>\n<p><b>How does it feel to be performing in front of people again? How much did\u00a0you miss it?<br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\nI did not miss it much it was very much need it for me to be honest. What\u00a0i\u00a0missed is to be dancing free with all of them. Be back at the booths has been\u00a0great, you can feel the excitement in the people\u00a0this days.<\/p>\n<p><b>Where did you write your recent EP \u2018Tonight\u2019? Was\u00a0their\u00a0any inspiration\u00a0behind it and did you write it to be heard in any specific settings?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>i\u00a0wrote Tonight EP in\u00a0ibiza\u00a0during the pandemic,\u00a0i\u00a0just wanted to make a vocal\u00a0track, so\u00a0icreated the music and\u00a0i\u00a0sent the track to Bird, she wrote the lyrics and\u00a0sang on it, after this we had a track that sounded to pop music and\u00a0i\u00a0loved it.\u00a0Grateful it was released in ADID and not\u00a0i\u00a0was not thinking in any special\u00a0setting,\u00a0i\u00a0just make music.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Spotify Embed: Tonight EP\" width=\"100%\" height=\"380\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; fullscreen; picture-in-picture\" src=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/embed\/album\/0jcw0awwUQZONzDYGrfxQT?si=FvHfwzuvQ0W84gQVwX9BKQ&#038;utm_source=oembed\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><b>How do you judge success, is it by sales, high profile support, or is it\u00a0simply bringing great moments to full dance floors?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>For me real success is mostly creating special moments in\u00a0peoples\u00a0life.\u00a0Of course, you can also measure the success of your music by the\u00a0sales ,\u00a0I\u00a0had\u00a02 tracks in the Top 10 during weeks and that made me happy, but to receive\u00a0personal messages from friends or unknown people makes me even more\u00a0happy.<\/p>\n<p><b>How important is artwork, format, merch, that sort of thing, do you think\u00a0the brand image plays a big role?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>I think so, it prepares your mind for your listening experience, at the end music\u00a0speak by itself BUT if you can add cool artworks, march etc,\u00a0i\u00a0think it can\u00a0ve\u00a0a\u00a0positive think and make a difference<\/p>\n<p><b>What artists have inspired your route into dance music, any to share,\u00a0perhaps a specific track?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ibiza is my inspiration, its sunsets, mountains, beaches, sunrise, trees. There is\u00a0nothing that inspires me more than that, and obviously the artist who created\u00a0the history here,\u00a0I\u00a0would mention Jose\u00a0padilla, who recently passed away, he\u00a0was the responsible\u00a0i\u00a0start getting interest in electronic music 20 years ago.\u00a0One international producer would be Chaim from Blue Shadow<\/p>\n<p><b>How did you find growing up in Ibiza? At what point did the bug get you\u00a0and you realised this is what you wanted to do for a career?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>I realized how lucky\u00a0I\u00a0am\u00a0when I\u00a0start traveling, until then it was a normal life\u00a0you know, school, family, and during the summer going to the beach, sun and\u00a0happy people around me, for me it was just normal. (yeah, very lucky!)<br \/>\nWhen\u00a0I\u00a0played in\u00a0pacha\u00a0for the 1st time at 18 years old it was the moment\u00a0I\u00a0convinced myself that was realistic,\u00a0I\u00a0was decided to try it! Then the dream\u00a0became true when\u00a0i\u00a0get in cafe del mar where\u00a0i\u00a0had a residency that lasted a\u00a0decade<\/p>\n<p><b>What\u2019s coming up next for you? Do you have any aspirations for 2022?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>I have a new\u00a0elease\u00a0at the end the year, a remix\u00a0i\u00a0did for\u00a0Megablast\u00a0which\u00a0includes Chaim and\u00a0Jenia\u00a0Tarsol\u00a0remix\u00a0too, in January another remix will come\u00a0out with Kevin Di\u00a0serna, another producer\u00a0i\u00a0love so much, and\u00a0In\u00a0march an\u00a0original will come out.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding gigs we live almost day by the day, looks like now restrictions are\u00a0back so\u00a0letssee, at the moment, Madrid, Paris, Cape town, Tulum,\u00a0Tamarindo ,\u00a0Miami and\u00a0ibiza\u00a0are in the schedule.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.beatport.com\/release\/tonight-ep\/3530275\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PURCHASE TONIGHT HERE<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hey Valent\u00edn, how are you?
