Stories In The Park is all set to return to Reading’s Palmer Park for a third superb edition on Saturday June 18th. After Chase & Status headlined a huge sell-out year in 2021, Stories is back in 2022, once again boasting two stages of the most cutting edge international DJs from the worlds of drum & bass, bassline, garage, house and techno, this year’s headliners include Andy C, Sub Focus, Flava D, TS7, Mason Collective, Big Miz, Friend Within, Salute and more to come. Who is behind these events?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The team behind the event is TM Leisure. TM Leisure are also the people behind Stories In The Park, Entourage Project & many more of Readings respectable events<\/p>\n

Why do you think this style of show has been so popular in recent years?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We believe that this style of show works so well as there is nothing similar around the local area where House & Garage lovers can unite<\/p>\n

Who makes up the orchestra, where are they from & what is their background?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The House & Garage Orchestra is an Ensemble\/Orchestra that performs House & Garage music live. The concept and project was established in 2015 by long time friend’s, music producer Shy Cookie (producer of UKG super DUO DJ Luck & MC Neat ) and events promoter Ishmael Hamilton<\/p>\n

Tell us about the two stage setup & what differentiates each?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have an amazing two stage setup the Main Stage consisting of the best in House & Garage with the infamous House & Garage Orchestra performing their special collaborative set, with huge names like Woody Cook, Dean McCullough, Switch Disco & Persona Sound alongside them playing strictly the best in House & Garage anthems<\/p>\n

Our second stage consists of strictly Dance with the best in Dance anthems making their way down to Palmer Park. The legend Mousse T who is known worldwide for his chart toppers ‘Horny’ & ‘Sex Bomb ft. Tom Jones’ headlines the second stage, expect the anthems of a lifetime!<\/p>\n

This proudly independent festival has made a huge impact in a short space of time. The first two editions set a high standard, with a real focus on high end production, loud and proud sound systems and line-ups that offered something fresh for the region. The two high-spec stages have their own carefully considered look, sound and feel, with one covering drum & bass and baseline, and the other delving into the worlds of house and techno.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
