Following the release of recent singles <\/span><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/gioliassia.lnk.to\/fhhw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"\">\u201c<\/span><span class=\"\">Fire Hell and Holy Water\u201d<\/span><\/a><span class=\"\"> and <\/span><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/gioliassia.lnk.to\/silence\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"\">\u201cSilence\u201d<\/span><\/a><span class=\"\">, the pair shared a new single, <\/span><span class=\"\">\u201cI\u2019ll Be Fine\u201d<\/span><span class=\"\">. <\/span><span class=\"\">The third single serves as a taste of what\u2019s to come from the LP &#8211; sublime and emotive soundscapes that have captured the hearts of their legions of fans worldwide. Giol\u00ec &amp; Assia will continue touring around the world into the Summer &amp; Fall returning to North America in September with their biggest headline shows to date at LA\u2019s The Novo and Brooklyn Steel. The duo also have festival slots at <\/span><span class=\"\">Czech festival Colours of Ostrava, <\/span><span class=\"\">Montreal\u2019s Osheaga, <\/span><span class=\"\">Austria\u2019s FM4 Frequency Festival, <\/span><span class=\"\">Chicago\u2019s ARC Music Festival, Las Vegas\u2019s Life is Beautiful, San Francisco\u2019s Portola, and more.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"\">Out today on Ultra Records, <\/span><span class=\"\">\u201cI\u2019ll Be Fine\u201d <\/span><span class=\"\">opens with Giol\u00ec\u2019s captivating piano chords and blends ethereal soundscapes with Assia\u2019s smooth and luxuriating vocals. Speaking about the track the duo said, <\/span><span class=\"\">\u201cWe wrote \u201cI\u2019ll Be Fine\u201d as a mantra during lockdown, almost like a call to arms for survival when so much was going wrong around us. We started playing it on our tour last year, and already our fans sing it back to us. Whenever we play this track live it seems to connect so strongly with our fans\u201d. <\/span><span class=\"\">Giol\u00ec, a masterful pianist who has been honing her craft since the age of 8, plays the piano cello, drums, guitar, and handpan, with Assia commanding lead vocals and guitar.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"\">Alongside the single release today, Giol\u00ec &amp; Assia have unveiled the live performance video of &#8220;I\u2019ll be fine&#8221; taken from their boundary-pushing video series <\/span><span class=\"\">\u201c<\/span><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Hv-ut95Q4nM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"\">#DiesisLive<\/span><\/a><span class=\"\">\u201d<\/span><span class=\"\">. <\/span><span class=\"\">The videos have been a cornerstone of development and creative expression for Giol\u00ec &amp; Assia as artists, carving out their own aesthetic niche and garnering the band millions of views for each production from across the globe. Started in April 2019,<\/span><span class=\"\"> the high-octane productions invite viewers to watch intimate <\/span><span class=\"\">Giol\u00ec &amp; Assia<\/span><span class=\"\"> live performances filmed in remote and jaw dropping locations. Named after a well known local Sicilian saying, the record documents the girls\u2019 turbulent and intense highs and lows as a couple, and the health problems and untimely losses of relatives during the pandemic.
