<\/p>\nMagic Break is proudly known as “the largest spring festival in the Mediterranean” and it more than lived up to that name this year with its 18th superb edition. It was one of the first and remains the most pioneering event in Turkey, playing out as it does on the gorgeous coastline in the city of Antalya with a top level underground line up.<\/p>\n
What started with 1000 like-minded, passionate young people dancing has since grown into a much larger party on the magnificent beaches next to the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean. Now, several extravagant beachfront hotel grounds are pulled together into a single space to create a festival atmosphere unlike any other.<\/p>\n
The music comes from the likes of Argy, Brina Knauss, Joyhauser, Laolu, Chris Avantgarde, Massano, Polo & Pan and many more. They have the friendly and international crowd eating out of the palm of their hand, the dance floors blowing up energy and lit up with lasers. The sound systems are punchy throughout and a series of fascinating art and light installations are scattered throughout the festival area to bring larger-than-life visual spectacles.<\/p>\n

Away from the music there is lots to do and enjoy, from open buffets with a wide variety of delicious foods to a full bar with lots of great drinks. As well as this, Magic Break also features a wealth of festival activities such as dance performances, fun competitions, sporting events, water sports, beach activities, games, workshops, and even wild room parties where you can meet with your favourite DJs and fellow ravers.<\/p>\n
All in all, Magic Break is an essential early season get away with good weather, good sounds and good people. It is one well worth checking out not least because of the beauty of the local area and the rich array of local talents all playing.<\/p>\n
