WATCH EPISODE 1 OF ‘UNFILTERED’ HERE<\/a><\/p>\n

Globally renowned electronic music DJ-producer Colyn<\/strong> releases the first episode of \u2018UNFILTERED\u2019<\/strong>, his insightful new multi-part documentary series about life on the road.<\/p>\n

The first episode is set in Argentina and launches on November 28th at 7PM CEST<\/strong> on Colyn<\/strong>\u2019s own YouTube<\/strong> featuring special guest appearances from Agustin Giri, Korolova, Belu Clavero<\/strong> and Nim.<\/strong> The whole series will feature his own music, including previously released music, special edits created solely for the series, music that will never be released, and teasers of what\u2019s to come.<\/p>\n

Also giving back to the fans, the inaugural episode allowed them to sign up until 28th November to exclusively own a % of the video via Talentir, marking a new era in digital music experiences. \u2018UNFILTERED\u2019<\/strong> now becomes the first YouTube<\/strong> series ever that is co-owned by fans, prioritising fan involvement and accessibility. This fan-first model enhances the connection between Colyn<\/strong> and his audience, setting a new standard for artist-fan interactions.<\/p>\n

Speaking on the series Colyn<\/strong> shares, “I\u2019ve always believed in the power of connecting with my fans on a deeper level. This series is my way of giving back to those who have supported me throughout my journey. I do not only want to share more of myself in UNFILTERED, but I want my fans to feel part of it, as without them I’m nothing. I would like to share more of my appreciation through this series and incorporate my fans into having a sense of ownership and receive exclusives for their support.”<\/em><\/p>\n

The first episode sets to the tone of what\u2019s to come throughout this insightful docu-series, introducing the crew whilst featuring unique challenges like the mighty thunderstorms during Colyn\u2019s<\/strong> set in Cordoba, as well as lifestyle and culture with home BBQing, amazing crowd and fan interactions, and an afterparty in Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n

A new 20 minute episode of \u2018UNFILTERED\u2019<\/strong> will air every Tuesday at 7PM CET<\/strong> and offers a unique look into the life of Colyn<\/strong> on tour. It shows all sides of the DJ life from the highs to the lows, the struggles to the celebrations. Over the course of the last 12 months he has been shadowed by talented videographer Arun<\/strong> for several months. In that time he has captured all the behind the scenes footage, up and downs from what has been an intense but extremely important period in his artistic career.<\/p>\n

Arun<\/strong> adds,“There are not many professions that would exceed the variety in documentation than the life of an international touring artist. Every day of every tour has a natural buildup, which all eventually comes together in a moment of pure joy during the show. As each episode takes place in a different corner of the world, it allows for many scenic and cinematic elements, amplified by the beauty of Colyn\u2019s filmic music. Being on tour for months and spending so much time together developed into a special connection that also enabled me to create something real, human and funny. The idea was to make it feel like the viewer becomes part of the tour, which I tried to accomplish by shooting alone instead of having a full crew. I am beyond excited to show you the result.\u2019\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n

Episodes take place globally from Chile, Brazil, and Colyn\u2019s<\/strong> hometown Amsterdam, to Tulum, Miami, NYC, London, Barcelona, Dubai and more whilst feature skydiving, hours stuck on a plane, a popped eardrum, dinners with the likes of R\u00fcf\u00fcs Du Sol,<\/strong> sunrise sets at Space Miami<\/strong>, afterparties, Coachella,<\/strong> studio time and days off amongst so much more. Further guest appearances also come from the likes of Ben B\u00f6hmer, Monolink, Korolova, Gordo, Innellea, Camelphat, Vintage Culture, Patrice B\u00e4umel<\/strong> and tens more talents.<\/p>\n
