We discuss how the duo came to be, the elements behind the sound, their inspirations and more&#8230;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Hi guys! How are we? Great to have you with us! <\/span><span class=\"s1\">What were your highlights of 2023?<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"s2\">It was our gig by the fusion. It was very special to experience the festival and gave us new impressions.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">How did you guys come to meet to form Add-us? What\u2019s the backstory?<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"s2\">We met as teenagers and were both already making music. After an orientation break, we then founded the duo.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">What unique elements would you say each of you have which blend to form the music you make?<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"s2\">Robert is very precise and has a good ear for the perfect mix. Patrick is creative and arranges the track perfect.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Tell us about your forthcoming release on your ARTISAN label. What inspired \u2018Universe\u2019?<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"s2\">Universe is a cinematic techno sound with toms and many other elements. What\u2019s the story behind that?<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"s2\">We founded artisan as a platform for our music and would like to give other artists the chance to publish their music with us in the future.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">What is your studio set up like? Are you gear heads?<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"s2\">We now have a fairly simple studio. We had several hardware synthesizers for a while.
