Meaning “Taming Flames,” MOATA channels emotion, culture, and connection into every beat, creating a space where music becomes more than just rhythm, it becomes a shared experience.

This first release sets the tone: a hauntingly beautiful blend of melodic textures and emotional depth, “Lost” captures MOATA’s mission to unite souls through sound. With roots in local culture, MOATA is where strangers become friends and memories are made. Upcoming showcases in Malta, Ibiza, and Amsterdam in 2025 will bring this vision to life—one dancefloor at a time.

At the helm of this sonic journey is Senses of Mind, the Belgian duo of Kynan Nonneman and Miles Vanderlooven. Hailing from Antwerp, they’ve carved a niche in the melodic techno scene with releases on esteemed labels like Steyoyoke, Proton, 7Rituals, and their own Untold Stories imprint. Their music, characterized by atmospheric soundscapes and deep, driving rhythms, has resonated on stages from Dour Festival to Fuse club. Their collaborative spirit and commitment to immersive storytelling through music make them the perfect artists to launch MOATA’s vision.

Fusing atmospheric sound design with a deeply human vocal performance, the track explores themes of inner turmoil, longing, and the fragile search for meaning in a chaotic world. Built on hypnotic rhythms, warm analogue synths, and subtle cinematic elements, “Lost” blurs the lines between electronica, melodic house, and indie soul.

Alexander’s evocative lyrics and soulful delivery pierce through the lush production, inviting listeners into a dreamlike state of reflection and releases. Crafted with intention and sincerity, “Lost” is more than just a track, it is a journey through emotion and sound, designed to resonate on both the dancefloor and within the heart.

Senses Of Mind socials:
https://www.instagram.com/sensesofmind/
https://www.facebook.com/SensesOfMind/
https://soundcloud.com/sensesofmind

Alexander Scott socials:
https://facebook.com/alexanderscottmusic
https://www.instagram.com/alexanderscottmusic/
https://soundcloud.com/alexanderscottmusic

MOATA socials:
https://www.instagram.com/moatamusic/
https://soundcloud.com/moata-music

Buy It Here A hauntingly beautiful blend of melodic textures and raw emotional depth, “Lost” is the result of a powerful collaboration between electronic duo Senses of Mind and UK-based singer songwriter Alexander Scott. “Lost” marks the powerful debut of MOATA, a label born not just to release music, but to build a global […]

[3972
20088,19675
post-78252","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-news-london","tag-moata","tag-senses-of-mind
["GET
