Yesterday, Moon Harbour and Matthias Tanzmann released the first batch of remixes of his “Momentum” LP.
That package came complete with reinterpretations from Jesse Rose, Josh Wink, Andrea Oliva, and andhim. Now, a second package has been released with all new remixers taking their stabs at re interpreting tracks of the acclaimed album. “Momentum Remixes Part 2” features Emanuel Satie, Acid Pauli, Hot Since 82 and today’s exclusive premiere from Kerri Chandler.
Here, the New Jersey don of the deep turns out a masterful version of ‘Sfumato’ that is moody and atmospheric from the off. The kicks are lazy and inviting, the details bring a sci-fi feel and the whole thing just welcomes you right into its groove.
