Nicolas Jaar Launches Surprise Online Radio Network

Operating via his Other People imprints website, Nicolas Jaar has unveiled an extensive new online radio platform. In bypassing the original subscription based format, Jaar now offers listeners the choice of radio stations, via multiples of 3, from number 0 – 333, of which 324, 195, 108, 243, 225, 33 are personally recommended. Otherwise, details are scarce for the project but there is speculation that it all is a lead up to the third part of a Nicolas Jaar release trilogy, which has already included 2015’s ‘Pomegranate’ and the ‘Nymphs’ collection. Radio France To Auction 1,5 Million Records This Summer

Radio France, the French public radio broadcaster, which has been in existence for over four decades, has unveiled that it will put part of its unimaginably huge collection up for auction this summer. The bulk of the records are electronic, with many of them dating back to the ’50s and ’60 – a goldmine for any collector who wishes to expand his or her collection of pioneering electronica.
