Richie Hawtin makes his return to Boiler Room tonight as he officialy unveils his latest technology venture to audiences.
Bringing a few of his friends along, including Dubfire, Chris Liebing, Ellen Alien, Joseph Capriati and more, Richie and company will each play with the Model 1, even inviting guests to bring USBs and vinyls for their own hands on experience.

PLAYdifferently is a new mixer project from Richie Hawtin alongside former Allen&Heath technologist Andy Rigby-Jones that “offers uncompromising quality, sonic performance and intuitive functionality”. In brief, its technical specifications include 6 full featured stereo channels, 2 stereo Send & Return channels, 2 Mix outputs, and Master & Booth EQ.
The live stream goes down on BoilerRoom.tv/live tonight at 8pm CET from Berlin’s Arena Club. PLAYdifferently MODEL 1 is available from 30th June 2016, with a limited amount numbered individually, retailing for £2,500.
