Yousef has been a driving force in dance music’s underground for many years. Starting out locally in Liverpool, he put himself and his city on the map with the colourful Circus events, which have since been held all over the world.
His DJing has led to a BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix; residencies in Ibiza and a weekly radio show that is on now more than 100 FM stations. As a producer and remixer, he has appeared on Desolat, BPitch Control, Cocoon, Defected and Cecille, and his own Circus.
Now, Yousef joins Moon Harbour with ‘Nothing to Fear’; an intoxicating driving tune with a nice rolling bassline and exotic synths up top. It’s one to get summer crowds locked in and along for the wild ride, as clever drum fills build the tension while smartly filtered vocals give it even more energy.
