It’s with great pleasure that we can share the news that two great labels are teaming up with London promoters Undone for a special showcase on June 19th at London’s Bankside Vaults. Yep, Avotre and Gruuv get together for a right old knees up with their key artists bringing the fire to London, including Santé and Audiojack, Darius Syrossian and Sidney Charles, Philip Bader, Emanuel Satie and Cera Alba.
Bankside Vaults is a rarely used, two room, venue that has been specially scouted out for this massive showcase. It is a 2,500 capacity venue with perfect light and sound, and you can also expect 3D mapping and some mesmerising production, all just a few hundred yards away from the River Thames and London Bridge Station.
Avotre is the German label run by Santé that is dedicated to fresh and contemporary club sounds. It puts out tough, no messing house EPs and compilations from the likes of Sidney Charles, who in recent times has become one of the most charted artists on RA. This is thanks to his always killer and infectious tracks on labels like Material Series, SCI + TEC and Moda Black as well as Avotre. As well as that, his peerless DJ experiences clearly inform his groovy, bass driven productions.
Darius of course, has long been a contemporary house pin-up who has a cult following around the world. He is a headline act who plays the like of Outbreak festival and WMC, is currently on a road to Ibiza tour with Santé and Sidney Charles and has released on Avotre, Hot Creations, Sankeys Records and many more besides.
Next up, Audiojack’s Gruuv turns five at this party, and in that time the label has offered up many essential EPs that never fail to make dance floors sweat. The Audiojack boys themselves are no strangers to topping charts and headlining the best festivals either, so this is sure to be an extra special event as they mark half a decade of their tastemaking label.
Finally, a pair of Moon Harbour regulars in UK talent Cera Alba and Philip Bader will also be in the house, the make the vaults rock like never before.
