For those who know, UNUM isn’t just a festival, it’s a now annual pilgrimage to a pristine hideaway with the most tasteful music and intimate vibes anywhere on the European festival circuit. And in 2025, it was better than ever.
Set once again on the lovely shores of Rana e Hedhun in Albania, this year’s UNUM drew 5,000 dedicated dancers into its unique blend of uninterrupted music, cosy vibes and breathtaking natural beauty. Across five days and nights from Thursday to Tuesday, the sound never stopped, and the international crowd never wavered.
While the Main Stage offered its own slice of specialness with big names dropping heat like Seth Troxler and Black Coffee on Thursday, Carista and Damian Lazarus on Friday, and Bedouin closing out Saturday night — the truth is, we only swung by a few times as for us, the magic was happening elsewhere.
Including The Beach Stage, which saw a noticeable glow-up this year with its sun-soaked daytime sessions delivering some of the most euphoric moments of the festival. Friday’s Lehar into Âme transition was smooth, deep and driving. Saturday’s Konflict crew aka Antares, Auric and Balzar brought heavy UK underground vibes. And Sunday was an epic Hue Records takeover with label boss Fell Reis, Nandu, Hardt Antoine, Dixon and a spine-tingling b2b2b to close the day, which made for easily one of the beach’s best-ever sessions.
But let’s be honest. The Pine Stage is still the heart of UNUM, and this year reaffirmed why amongst the sweet smelling and towering trees. Sonja Moonear, CHKLTE and Rich NXT set a high bar Thursday, but Friday took things into the stratosphere: Tobi Neumann, Maher Daniel b2b Cristi Cons and a mind-bending Raresh b2b Ricardo marathon that rolled through sunrise and deep into midday. Pure beat-driven bliss.
Saturday brought another peak with QUEST absolutely stealing the show with the set of the week, bookended by Franco Cinelli, John Dimas, Cap and Rhadoo. The Romanian crew dominated Sunday, and Monday saw the UK scene shine with top sets from Will Davison and Rupert Ellis, before a final night led by Dan Ghenacia, tINI, Priku and Boris Werner who all managed to dig deep and keep the energy rolling.
The vibe is always immaculate, the sound surgical and the sun relentless. Every moment at UNUM 2025 felt like a secret you didn’t want to share, because the appeal is how close knit it all feels with a warm group of like minded people all having what feels like a super special and secret time in this quiet corner of Europe.
For heads who crave depth, freedom, and no compromise on sound, UNUM is the real deal.
