Acid Mondays is the cosmic coalition of fellow psychonauts Negghead and Lex Wolf, a duo brought together by their love for fat beats, inter dimensional travel & cups of tea.
Having recently put out a string of exciting releases on the likes of Warp, Rockets & Ponies, ONE Records, & Last Night On Earth, Acid Mondays have also remixed Lakker’s ‘Milch’ (R&S Records), as well as Mood 2 Swing (King Street), garnering support from Marco Carola, Seth Troxler, The Martinez Bros, George Fitzgerald, & D’Julz to name a few.
Now, with forthcoming material on Guy Gerber’s Rumors label, Scuba’s Hotflush, and Yousef’s Circus Recordings, Acid Mondays wraps up a strong year in style with a set (alongside Seth Troxler, Craig Richards, Terry Francis, and Floorplan, no less) 12 December at London’s legendary fabric.
Anticipating this, we asked the guys to provide 10 tracks that have inspired their impending set…the most fabric-y of music, if you will, and the list really does not disappoint. Take a listen, for a trip throughout the dance music cosmos, and be prepared, you’ll be hearing much more about the psychonaut duo in 2016 and beyond…

Seth Troxler played this during his back to back with The Martinez Brothers at Fabric in April earlier this year, luckily we were there to hear it as well. Amazing to hear one of our own tracks in one of our favourite clubs.
Barac | Sun, & Following | Moment
This is something new from Barac that we’ve been playing recently and will definitely be in the box for our up & coming gig at Fabric. Barac’s been making some amazing music and this tune oozes class.
Tessela | Hackney Parrot (Special Request VIP remix) | Houndstooth
This got dropped at the recent Fabric birthday party during Craig Richards & Ricardo VIllalobos’s back to back set on the Sunday evening, sounded so good on the Room One sound system!
Unknown Artist | Long Story Short | Atoll
White label, vinyl only weirdness from the Atoll camp in Germany. Can imagine this sounding great on the system in Room One.
Seth Troxler & Phil Moffa | Blue Rawls | Hypercolour
This is a recent one from Seth thats made its way into our sets on a regular basic. Also heard him play this a few times over the last year or so including the birthday party at Fabric last year.
Ion Ludwig | Maternity Album Church | UGold Germany
Ion Ludwig is an amazing artist bringing the perfect balance of weird vibes and dance floor energy. With melodic percussion, harmonic sounds and a haunting choral section it’s definitely in the bag for Fabric.
Cab Drivers | Selbstauslöser | Cabinet Records
All of the Cab Drivers release’s end up in your sets a some point but this one is perfect for those end of night journey moments or the start of an afterhours lock-in in Room Three!
iO (Mulen) | Rediant Nymph | Recycle Records
Picked this up from Phonica in London where we shop for vinyl regularly. We’ll be visiting them again before the Fabric gig as they always have the knowledge and music to cover every angle of your sets.
Heiko Laux | Moved {Ricardo Villalobos Remix) | Kanzleramt
Its hard to pick a favourite from Villalobos’s productions but this one is definitely up there and we had the pleasure of hearing him playing it in Room one at the birthday which was very special.
Terry Francis | Stronger Woman | Pagan Records
Terry Francis & Craig Richards are the bricks and mortal of Fabric and have influenced so may dj’s including us. This one from Terry never fails to give the that lift especially when the vocal drops.
