CRSSD has become a staple in West Coast festival culture over the past two years. The allure of a dance party by the ocean sunny in San Diego each spring and fall makes it the perfect bookend to festival season here on the West Coast.
This fall the techno lineup alone is just incredible, including: Dixon, The Black Madonna, Julia Gover, Damien Lazarus & the Ancient Moons, and many more. One of the greatest things about this festival is that it doesn’t just focus on an amazing day into night festival. CRSSD also throws after-parties Friday – Sunday late nights at various venues around the city. They have team upped with techno legend Richie Hawtin to promote more than just pure techno—also, pure Sake. The festival will feature a booth on Sunday October 1st, which just happens to be International Sake day, where fans can taste his signature new ENTER.Sake line.
There will be food pairings from San Diego’s premiere night club and sushi lounge Bang Bang; which, will also host the closing after-party of the festival hosted by Richie Hawtin himself. The line-up has yet to be announced, but judging from how stacked performances at the festival will be, we are guessing it won’t be a night to miss. Tickets are already on their final tier so grab them before they sell out here to be sure you close out CRSSD with the taste of techno and sake still lingering your palate.
