Iryna Shvydka, also known as 8Kays, has come a long way, forming and progressing her sound into a distinctive fusion of heavy punctured bass leads, twisted together with melodic chord progressions.
She has released with labels such as Booka Shade’s Blaufield Music, Jerome Isma-ae’s Jee Productions, Eleatics Records, and Sincopat, and is only just getting started. Receiving the acknowledgment of her productions from the worldwide music influencers as Solomun, Tale Of Us, Booka Shade and Joris Voorn, 8Kays is on her way to leave a mark and share her musical gift with many.
Still ably handling the balance between her melodic influence and the eager passion to keeping an intense groove, 8Kays is also still feeding the lovers of the progressive movement, by being on-air on Above & Beyond their radio show and her releases on Paul Thomas’ FSOE UV and Pure Progressive.
