We’re very pleased to present to you our latest exclusive premiere, which comes courtesy of British producer Tim Green. His new EP is being released by Canadian label My Favorite Robot and “Seti” is one of the tracks on that release. Scroll down to the bottom of this page to get an exclusive first listen!
Tim Green has been involved with electronic for a little while now, becoming one of those hard to pigeonhole characters who works within a number of styles. Of course, his music is always of a very high standard finding a home with labels such as Cocoon, Get Physical, Saved and Trapez.
Together with his production and DJing, Tim was also responsible for the Bedlam parties which took place in and around London. The events are no longer running, but they helped boost his credentials demonstrating that he could not only play and make great music, but was also adept at curating events. Tim brought in a wealth of talent, from Martin Buttrich and Art Department to Sueil, ONNO and Ryan Crosson.
Speaking of the Visionquest man, Ryan also features on Tim’s new EP, remixing “Helpless Sun” twice. “Seti” is built on a strong bassline, with lush female vocals drifting in and out of the background, echoing over the bassline while woodblock percussion supports the whole shebang. It’s a real beauty this one, check it out below.
Tim Green’s “Hopeless Sun” EP is due for release this month, so look out for it.
