You mentioned that your last album, ‘Tune432’ as being a rather personal experiences, highlighting feelings and personality. In what way does the new album project reflect you personally? Does it also represent any difference or evolution of your personality and/or sound?
More than an evolution, which it also is in that I want to experience many more things in music, it’s my other side, that of a live musician, that of the people you tour with, that of sharing the stage with major artists and especially that of creating something different. Of course it’ll take everything out of me, but also my fellow travellers.

What I can say is that this past year has been both a personal and mental development for me, especially the last few months, in which I lost my father and that has really affected me emotionally, and this has made me need to make more music than ever.

You will be playing Ministry of Sound in London this weekend alongside Technasia, Blond:ish, and Pandora Drive. What have been your experiences with MoS in the past?
I played at Ministry one year ago, and apart from the sound being overwhelming, they treated me amazingly and it was a really great night. All trips are, but I had a blast!! So I’m looking forward to doing it again, this time with all these artists and friends. So it’ll be a great night, which you’re all invited to come and enjoy: D

As we are a London-based magazine, what are some memorable London experiences for you? They could be as an artist or as a civilian? Is there any London story you are willing to share with us?
In London there have always been really crazy nights. I’ve played in places like The Egg where you know how the night will start but not how or when it might end, so it’s always memorable go over there! As a civilian I’ve never travelled, as it’s always been as an artist, but I remember them all, even though the most sordid ones can’t be told in public. I’ll tell you when I see you on Saturday hahaha
What I can tell you is that 80% of the time I end up running to catch the flight…

You have been a part of the dance music world for quite some time now. Was there ever a part of your life that didn’t involve music? If so, what were you doing? What was the worst non dance music job you’ve ever had?
Music has always been in my life since the age of four, but as we all know it doesn’t always give you the money you need to live on, so until that moment happened, I obviously had to work in other areas. Besides being a “ghost producer”, which allowed me to dedicate many more hours to my own music, I’ve been a computer programmer (I studied software engineering), an IT teacher, and an investment broker in a private bank, which I gave up after 3 months because my morals wouldn’t let me mislead people like they did. I NEVER sold a product, not one. THANK GOD!!!!!!

If you could only play 3 tracks that “define your sound,” what would they be?
Today (everything can change tomorrow) they would be The Man with the Red Face (Garnier), Barnt – Stac, and It’s a Fine Day (Holden remix) …if we’re talking about electronic music!
