This week’s mixtape comes from somebody we interviewed just recently… Monsieur Jonnny Cade. The London-based DJ/producer kindly jumped on the ones and twos to deliver us a top notch mix and we’re happy to present it to you right here.
Jonny got involved with the ever fruitful scene up in Leeds – originally a drummer, he fell in love with DJing and production, putting his rhythmic skills into making house beats. After moving south to London he really began to push ahead, and since the move has picked up several key releases with some great labels including 2020Vision, MoodMusic and Leftroom.
He’s also picked up gigs at clubs such as EGG and festivals such as Dimensions and Glastonbury… not bad eh?! Look out for collaborations with Huxley, Harry Wolfman and Michael Jansons coming soon…
