Finally, after over a year on the international festival circuit, from Cannes to New York Film Festival to Sundance, Mia Hansen-Løve’s acclaimed independent film ‘Eden’ is available to stream online.

The French produced independent film traces a fictional DJ (based on Hansen-Løve’s ow brother, Sven) who traverses the 1990s French filter house scene, with a career directly coinciding with non other than Daft Punk. In fact, the robots themselves make a cameo appearance, alongside many others.

Needless to say, the soundtrack may be the real star of the film, with Daft Punk graciously licensing their music, as well as house masters such as The Orb, Frankie Knuckles, Joey Beltram, Kings of Tomorrow, MK, Octave One, Crystal Waters, and the list goes on.

So, if you’re interested (and, as something of a film nerd myself, I highly recommend it) go over to the British Film Institute online player and stream the film for £4.50 (£3.83 for members).
