After a(nother) teenage girl was hospitalized following a suspected drug overdose, an illegal Barking Rave turned into a riot scene as police officers attempted to shut it down.

The event was a five hour long ordeal, with ravers throwing bricks at the police (in riot gear) and their dog handlers, and went down at an unlicensed music event at the abandoned warehouse on Thames Road. The event was cleared out by 2am, with 9 arrested, 1000 cleared from the building, and 1000 others dispersed outside.

Aside from the injuries sustained to police officers, the immediate vicinity was littered with nitrous oxide canisters, broken bricks, bottles and cans, as well as smashed up cars.
