Here at Deep House London we do our very best to bring you the freshest new music from the UK and overseas and so, today, we bring you an exclusive premiere from a talented young man who goes by the name of XXXY. This is his brand new track on Rinse FM’s excellent label.
The 18 Hours EP follows up his previous Rinse single, the ridiculously catchy ‘Never Enough’ and the arrow-sharp ‘Goldfish’ on Ten Thousand Yen. XXXY is currently based in Berlin and his sound is varied, ranging from UK garage-esque jams through to more traditional house but always with his own stamp on it. Over the past couple of years his popularity has soared as he’s picked up gigs across Europe, as well as in the UK, impressing crowds with every high energy performance while producing a constant stream of well-crafted club music.
18 Hours is described as ‘a gorgeous, limpid whirlpool of a club track. Rolling out over nearly six minutes, it emerges from shimmery beginnings into a wave-like rush of drums and synthlines that seethes forward and repeatedly crests in eddies of harmonic activity.’ If that isn’t enough, there are two other tracks on the EP, which are equally great and we can’t praise it enough.
So check out the track below and make sure you grab it when it’s released next month! Pre-order link right here.
