Today we see the return of Eagles & Butterflies, the London-born and LA-based producer who has had one of the most intensive release schedules at the moment, but keeping quality consistent with each new cut. As is the case in his latest studio endeavour going by the name “Murder Was The Bass EP”. Premiering here is Fireworks, a dance floor filler that instantly drew our attention.
Following releases on Innervisions and an album on Get Physical, E&B returns to Bedrock, and even though January is not yet done, 2016 has already been a milestone for LA based Eagles and Butterflies. Hitting Columbia with Richie Hawtin and Jamie Jones, Philly, San Fran and of course playing alongside John Digweed at the massive Bedrock show at BPM Festival, the year has got off to a soaring start. On the production tip things are equally relentless as he his own touch to the legendary techno production Murder Was The Bass by DK8.
