Mixer is advanced touch control for Traktor, based around five pages covering EQ, FX, BPM, Cues, and Looping. Just Mixer into your iOS or Android tablet and start experiencing the future of mixing with the same level of control in hardware that would cost hundreds. Practice on a plane, mix on the couch, trigger hotcues from another room. What is possible is now up to you. Lemur and an iOS or Android tablet device to run Lemur. A computer running the latest version of Native Instruments’ Traktor is also needed.

Pyro | iOS

Serato wants to automate DJing with a simple phone app. The New Zealand software company’s new iOS music player app mixes streaming music from Spotify’s 30 million song library and users’ own mp3s in iTunes into a single app for a seamless playlist. Meant more for the pre party than the actual event, Pyro acts like a digital DJ using Serato’s pitch and time technology to slow or speed a track to beat match and transition.
