The musical brotherhood of Tehran’s Anoosh & Arash presents itself on the world electronic music stage as the DJ du Blade & Beard.
Widely recognized as the protagonists to internationally acclaimed documentary ‘Raving Iran,’ the DJ career of Blade & Beard is now on the rapid ascent with the launch of a new imprint, their own dedicated EP, appearances throughout Europe and, of course, the continued appreciation of the documentary.
On 9 July, Blade & Beard comes to Amsterdam for a very special screening of ‘Raving Iran’ at Undercurrent, which will also feature a Q&A with the guys (moderated by our own Editor in Chief Steve Rickinson), and an exclusive afterparty featuring the guys and another top flight Iranian DJ, and Global Underground favorite, Habischman, Anticipating this truly unique event, Blade & Beard have put together a playlist of the 10 tracks that have inspired their desert oriented sound.
