Alison Swing is an LA born and raised DJ whose love of records is outweighed only by the thrill of playing them to sweaty crowds.
A student of rhythm, Swing has dedicated herself to exploring sounds that can make a body move, a skill she’s put to use spinning across the US, Mexico and Europe. She is the co-founder and resident DJ of Dig Deeper in Los Angeles, the party series in-the-know locals flock to. After a recent relocation to Berlin things haven’t shown any signs of slowing down. She is now the most recent resident of Wilde Renate, has played festivals such as Love International and can be found spinning across the EU.
Here, Alison Swing now preps her 11 August appearance at ELSE Berlin where she takes to the decks for Crack Magazine‘s showcase. On the day, ELSE will also feature the likes of Olof Dreijer, Omar Souleyman, Willow, Orpheu The Wizard, and Darwin, with this special mix recorded whilst exploring Iceland.
