DHA Mix #409 By Alejandro Mosso (LIVE)

Alejandro Mosso is an Argentinian musician and live performer with more than 15 years of production and performance under his belt.

With roots in IDM and experimental music, and an insatiable hunger for music research and audio experimentation, Alejandro has developed a distinctive sound palette: a balance between electronic and acoustic sounds, markedly informed by a detailed and precise sound design.

2006 marked the beginning of his international career with his first european tour. Since then, Alejandro has performed his Live Set across South America, North America, Europe, Africa and Asia.

Apart from touring extensively, Alejandro has produced a lengthy discography of more than 25 EP’s and three albums for some weighty trade names like Cocoon, Third Ear, Hivern Discs, !K7 and his own “mosso” imprint.

2018 finds him pursuing a Master degree in Sound Studies and Sonic Arts and releasing another major project called RITUALS, a three vinyl gatefold album with over 75 minutes of warm, percussive, experimental and delicate music.

Alejandro Mosso joins DHA for mix instalment #409, with a specially recorded live set featuring only his own material including some, as of yet, unreleased work.
