House veteran DJ Pierre is getting into the club ownership game, launching WildPitch in Atlanta, Georgia.
Announced via a slew of Instagram content, some of which you can see below, Pierre describes the venue as the “the only true underground venue for house and techno in Atlanta,” going on to say that, “egos are left at the door and positive vibes reign”.
For those wondering, the venue already features many trademarks of DJ Pierre’s career, including its name, which was the name of the movement Pierre created whilst moving to the East Coast. Also, his Afro Acid concept will play prominently at the space, as one of the first announced events, with Chus & Ceballos, Nick Warren, Carlo Lio, Riva Starr, and Will Clarke also announced for the coming months.
WildPitch will be the only Atlanta venue featuring a full D.A.S. sound system and artist ownership.
