During ADE you will be playing at Straf_Werk’s Saturday event. At what parties can we definitely spot you that week?
We’re playing exclusively for Strafwerk this year but taking a day or two in the city to enjoy the vibes with some friends.
What’s your fondest memory of Amsterdam so far?
Not playing to the crowd here but it’s honestly one of our favourite cities; such a great vibe about the city. Last year’s ADE was our first and a really good experience to do – kinda feel like we’re hooked now.
What’s Waze & Odyssey main means of inspiration?
A lot of what we play, what we hear out, lots of old records, memories…it can be a sunny walk to the studio or a rainy day looking out the window – and it’s usually the moments when you’re not actively thinking about it.
What have you got lined up on your label W&O Street Tracks in the coming months?
We’ve just had Kill Frenzy release his EP with us; next up we have a 4 track sampler for WO013 featuring Wouter S , Ardalan, Mat Pat, and Tomson – following on from that we have a brand new Waze & Odyssey release WO014 – On The Downlow…then we have WO015 from Palace who’s releasing it under a new guise he might move to ‘Deejay Astral’ – after that Mediman! So it’s busy and you’ll be hearing the tracks in our sets pre-release.
