Ghent’s Amongster takes listeners on an exciting musical journey to an unknown destination with songs impossible to place in the usual musical genres.
Intimate pop songs combined with warm electronica, danceable melancholy and rhythms against the grain, written in total seclusion, sharing his creations with fellow songwriter, Jasper Maekelberg and the rest of his four piece band, Tom Soetaert (keys) and Robbe Vekeman (drums).
Off their 2016 album, “Trust Yourself To The Water”, the track presented here today ‘Silent Success’ comes by way of a new remix package OUT TODAY. Here, Utrecht’s David Douglas provides the interpretation.
