Most of us have experienced the clammy steam procreating at a sausage fest throughout our lives, but not many have been to Man Power’s Planet Cock. Introducing: Man Power, the German-based artist who presents his upcoming EP – ‘Planet Cock’ exclusively on DHA.
Man Power aka Geoff Kirkwood‘s music draws inspiration from willfully smart-arsed influences that range from early 20th century modernism to late 20th century New Wave. He’s displayed his phallic physique at internationally renowned clubs and events such as Glastonbury Festival, Air Tokyo, fabric London, while shuttling to cities such as New York, Mexico City, and Tel Aviv. He carved his 2015 debut album on Jennifer Cardini’s Correspondant label with the hardest of wood, later receiving effusive reviews across the board, and helping impregnate his sound on labels such as Hivern Discs, Throne of Blood, Infine and Ene Japan.
Planet Cock EP is due out via Correspondant on April 29th (Vinyl & MP3).
