Berlin’s Open Air hotspot, ELSE, has steadily moved along through the sweltering summer of 2018 with some three months of quality artists, events, and atmosphere but all things must come to an end and so, with September, so does this year’s season.
Already featured on the banks of the Spree have been showcases from the likes of Keinemusik, Hivern Discs, and Crack Magazine, which have featured diverse lineups of artists including Rampa, &ME, Adam Port, Omar Souleyman, Willow, John Talabot, Inga Mauer, and more. Now, as the summer nearing its end, September sees more top-level events.
Kicking the month off on 2 September, Possible Futures presents “The Hot Run”, keeping the dancer firmly in mind with music from Tom Trago, Sassy J, Elena Colombi, Kassem Mosse, Marvin & Guy, Moopie, and a live performance from Eric Maltz & Cristina Valentina. Then, closing out the season on 9 September, ELSE brings an extended event featuring heavyweight acts like KiNK and Radio Slave, alongside favorites Perel, and Wilde Renate residents Peak & Swift, Sebastian Voigt, and Michal Zietara.
